Three Phase Electronic Prepaid Watt Hour Meter DTSY450 is for active energy ,briefly named as three phase IC card watt hour meter ,it is used for measuring three phase AC active energy with rated frequency of 50Hz to realize using electrical energy after prepayment ,
the meter consists of four main function element : the first is electrical energy measurement element ,the second is control systme based on microcomputer ,the third is CPU card element ,and the forth is the power supply ,the eleement of electrical energy measurement adopts special large integrated circuit that produces a series of pulse to represent electrical energy consumption and transmits them to micro computer for measurement ,the measurement data is saved in the CPU card ,the micro computer transmits data to IC card by interface of prepaid IC card to fulfill various function ,the power supply adopts three phase circuit that works normally in the conditions of one or two phases are missing.

2.starting
the meter shall start and continue to register at 0.004Ib reference voltage ,reference frequency and unity power factor

3.running with no load
when 115% voltage is applied with no current flowing in the current circuit ,the test output of the meter shall not produce more than one pulse
